Fat Burning
It’s well established that some people burn fat more easily than others.
The challenge of those individuals looking to burn fat at a much faster rate often results from insulin resistance. In this instance higher amounts of insulin are secreted to help the cells in our body to extract sugar (glucose) from the bloodstream after a meal or snack. In addition, none of these fat metabolizing nutrients directly stimulate the central nervous system or have any dangerous ephedra-like side effects on the body.
