Nutrition and Your Thyroid Gland
The challenge for many of us that experience symptoms of sluggish thyroid function, is that even when blood tests indicate that thyroid function appears to be normal, it may not be.

Another herb native to India, known as Commiphora mukul, has been shown to hasten the conversion of thyroid hormone (T4) to its most active form (T3). It is the T3 form of thyroid hormone that is used by the tissues and organs of the body to support their metabolism and biological functions.
